By claiming the CyboPal ONE Priority Access Pass — a refundable $1 Price Lock — before our Kickstarter launch, you secure VIP status, guaranteeing eligibility to purchase at the lowest effective Kickstarter price available for your chosen configuration.
In addition, all Priority Access Pass holders will receive every campaign bonus item—both currently announced and future, not-yet-announced rewards (including upcoming stretch-goal rewards).

Non-pass users will only receive bonus rewards after the campaign reaches the relevant stretch-goal milestones.

How It Works

  • Claim the $1 Price Lock on our website before the Kickstarter launch using the same email you plan to use on Kickstarter.
  • When the campaign launches, you’ll be able to pledge on Kickstarter at the lowest price tier available for your configuration.
  • You’ll automatically qualify for all bonus rewards (announced and future) delivered with your final shipment.
  • After the campaign, we’ll contact you with instructions to complete your pledge and confirm your VIP benefits.

Refund Policy

Before Kickstarter Launch

  • Your $1 Price Lock is refundable at any time before the campaign goes live.
  • To request a refund, simply visit our Refund Request Page and fill out the short form using the same email address you used to make your deposit.

After Kickstarter Launch

Deposit refunds are available only after the Kickstarter campaign ends, including any late-pledge period, and only if you have not used any VIP benefits —meaning you did not pledge at the lowest price tier and did not claim any VIP bonus rewards.

Additional Notes

  1. Bonus items are complimentary, non-cash, and non-transferable.Each VIP participant is eligible for one set of all bonus rewards per person/household.Substitutions of equal or greater value may apply, subject to availability and production schedules.
  2. To ensure accurate benefit matching, please use the same email address for both your deposit and your Kickstarter pledge.
  3. Refunds requested after the campaign has launched will be processed only after the Kickstarter campaign and late-pledge phase are complete.
