Returns & Exchanges

Order Processing Time

We process orders on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed. Pre-orders will follow the estimated timeline shown on the product page.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within [24 hours] of purchase and any time before the order has shipped (whichever condition applies).
If your cancellation request is submitted before shipment and within the website’s cancellation window, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If the order has already shipped, please follow the Returns process below after delivery.

Returns

Our return window lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong purchase, change of mind), the consumer bears the return shipping cost. If caused by CyboPal’s error (damaged/defective/incorrect item), we cover the return shipping.

Non-Physical & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items/services are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Virtual or pre-order deposits (e.g., Early Access, VIP reservations, survey participation fees)
• Gift cards or promotional codes
• Services that have been provided or activated

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact contact@cybopal.com for instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days] (bank/issuer processing times may vary).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

Check your bank account again; 2) Contact your card issuer; 3) Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Shipping Returns

Unless the return is due to CyboPal’s error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. CyboPal is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
